We’re trying to figure out what defines camping. Why? Because it’s 3:21am. that’s why. We haven’t gotten very far. salmon has an interesting definition that never occured to me…

[+][beam] salmon [to Hildegarde]: not when you’re an introvert it ain’t
[+][beam] jason says, “camp is camp… camping is camping”
[+][beam] Hildegarde says, “my camp was camping”
[+][beam] salmon says, “camp can include camping”
[+][beam] Hildegarde says, “I lived in a tent for 8 weeks a year”
[+][beam] Hildegarde says, “no cabins”
[+][beam] salmon says, “that’s not what i mean”
[+][beam] salmon says, “for me camping means no people”
[+][beam] Hildegarde falls apart laughing.
[+][beam] Hildegarde says, “oh”
[+][beam] salmon says, “or very few people”
[+][beam] salmon says, “very very few”
[+][beam] salmon says, “and certainly no organized fun”
[+][beam] salmon says, “and show me the camp that doesn’t have organized fun”
[+][beam] Hildegarde says, “Hmmm.”
[+][beam] Hildegarde says, “I did try to be somewhat organized”
